When The DDA started, a survey was sent out to the community to find out what everyone wanted from their new charity. The DDA’s volunteers used the responses from this to help develop The DDA’s strategy. We intend to continue to involve the community in planning and executing our activities and we will endeavour to adapt to changing needs and priorities. To identify what financial budget and resources are required, our Objectives will need to be prioritised, and draft implementation plans developed. Some of our work will be undertaken by volunteers and we will also need to fundraise. Please find our strategy document here.
